Frequently asked questions

• How much does house and apartment cleaning in Beer Sheva cost?

  ₪100 per hour, and ₪150 per hour in the evening (from 19:00). Minimum 4 hours per visit, then by the half hour. The price is final.

• What if the visit runs past 19:00?

  The hours until 19:00 are charged at ₪100 per hour, and the hours after 19:00 at ₪150 per hour.

• What else can I ask for besides cleaning?

  Laundry and ironing, changing bedding, dishes, tidying — whatever the home needs, in the same visit. Just mention it in your WhatsApp message.

• How do I book?

  Send a WhatsApp message or call, and we'll set a day and time.

• What if I need to cancel?

  You can cancel free of charge up to two days before the visit. Cancelling later than that costs ₪100.

• Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

  Yes. I work with the cleaning supplies you have at home, so please have them ready before the visit.

• Which neighborhoods in Beer Sheva do you cover?

  Every neighborhood in Beer Sheva, from the Old City to Ramot and Neve Ze'ev.

• Can I book a regular cleaning?

  Yes, weekly or every two weeks on a fixed day.

• Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

  No. You can leave me a key, and we'll agree in advance how I return it.

• How many hours will I need?

  A 2–3-room apartment usually needs the minimum of 4 hours. A 4-room apartment usually takes 4 hours too, unless it needs a serious tidy-up, and 5 rooms or more about 5 hours. That's an estimate, not a commitment. For deep cleaning and tidying or a Passover cleaning, I give a personal estimate by phone after we go over what the home needs.
